Due to extending circumstances, I was not able to get over to finalize the purchase for several days and Matt was unable to be there. Joel assisted in completing the purchase. Joel went over in great detail the Acadia and especially the GMC Infotainment System before I drove off the lot. I am extremely happy with my sales team. Having just left another dealership where we were treated horribly,(the dealers name I will not reveal), my wife and I arrived at McKenzie Motors with some pent-up frustration and some trepidation. To add to horribly,(the dealers name I will not reveal), my wife and I arrived at McKenzie Motors with some pent-up frustration and some trepidation. To add to the scenario it also started raining as we drove into the parking lot. We entered the building and were immediately introduced to Matt who greeted us with a pleasant smile and warm handshake. We told Matt we were here to buy a new truck. I actually had the sticker from the truck we had looked at from the other dealership so I able to tell Matt pretty much what we were looking for. We all walked outside in the drizzling rain and Matt began showing us some vehicles. What was interesting was Matt was totally convinced he could find us a better truck with more options at a lower price than the other dealership and within a couple of minutes we found a truck we really liked. I gave Matt my drivers license and he went in to get the key to the truck. From inside the building he opened the truck doors so we could get out of the rain while he made a copy of my license and got a tag. Once he joined us he gave us a good overall briefing of what all the buttons and knobs were used for. We had a nice drive around the area and returned to the dealership to discuss details. We had a truck to trade in that needed to be evaluated and of course all the financing paperwork to finish. Even though we had a loan approval from USAA Matt stepped right in to see if he could find a better rate, AND HE DID! The entire process from Matt's warm welcome to meeting Lisa McKenzie and finishing up with Brandon Berry with all the paperwork everything was completed in a smooth and well organized manner. We could not be happier with this dealership or Matt Brown. We won on all accounts! We got a new truck that we love at a lower price , got a better trade-in value on our truck and got a lower finance rate. You can't beat that. I know where I'll send my friends when they ask "where did you get that beautiful truck?" I'll happily say we bought this truck from McKenzie Motors. Thank you! Karl and Sara More
