Awesome, amazing experience!!! This car buying experience has blown my mind! Never did I think it could be so easy, stress free, FUN, and enjoyable to buy a car. It was a God send This car buying experience has blown my mind! Never did I think it could be so easy, stress free, FUN, and enjoyable to buy a car. It was a God send that Matthew Brunson was waiting for us after we used the restroom upon arrival. If you are sitting in Matthew's "office", you have really hit the jackpot of car salesman! Matthew went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and bent over backwards to not only sell us a car but to also give a young couple like us some advice about life. His quirky sense of humor and comedic personality livened our experience immensely. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Matthew & everyone we came in to contact with at the Acura dealership. Matthew has earned our business for life!!! More

Matthew Brunson was the sales person that sold me a new Acura. He was very patient in explaining the car. He also took time with me and is very willing to take time with the customer. He was very good on explaining all the features and how to operate them. He is willing to answer any questions I will have about the features that I know I will need help with them. He helps with every question as every question is important to the customer. He certainly knows the product he is selling and would recommend him to a potential customer. More

After finding a few vehicles online that I was interested in I decided to visit the dealership to take a look around. Unfortunately, both of the vehicles I was originally interested in had very recently sol in I decided to visit the dealership to take a look around. Unfortunately, both of the vehicles I was originally interested in had very recently sold. However, Matt was very diligent and seeing what else might fit the parameters I provided. He was able to find a vehicle that not only met my parameters but also exceeded them. I thought the whole process went very smoothly. It was a very busy day when I visited but I did not have to wait long to complete the required paperwork. Overall it was a very easy experience and I was very happy that at no time did I feel pressured to decide right on the spot. I would recommend Matt and this dealership based on this transaction and the professionalism in which it was completed. More

So I must amend my original review of both Acura of Peoria and Matthew Brunson. Overall I did have a great purchase experience but why would I have not this is their job and they did it very well and g Peoria and Matthew Brunson. Overall I did have a great purchase experience but why would I have not this is their job and they did it very well and got my business. However their follow up and communication after the sale is terrible. I purchased some add -ons for my vehicle and was told the day I purchased that someone would call me to set up an appointment to get this done. I did receive a call from Matthew a week or so after I purchased the vehicle to see how I was enjoying the car which was great. I asked again if I would be getting a call to set up my appointment and he assured me that I would. So I waited for a call and after another week and a half still no call so I called and was transferred and they couldn't find my paperwork and would have to call me back. So they called me back promptly and we set up an appointment for me to come in. I brought my car in and was given a loaner which was also great. I then received a call a few hours later that my car was ready. I got back to the dealership and when I said this was not what I asked to be put on my car when I purchased it they assured me it was. Well I had no paperwork with me so I left and my husband contacted Matthew and he did admit that it was his fault and would have to get back to him. Not sure why it wasn’t said to just bring the car back and they would install the correct item then. So after a few hours we called Matthew back and sat on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. In the end Matthew called back and we brought the car back and the correct item was installed. Had I just been told to call myself to set up the appointment I most likely wouldn’t be writing this review I probably would have even got past the mix-up. This was too much drama for me and it inconvenienced my family and me greatly. I will not be returning to Acura of Peoria or referring them to anyone I know. More

His representation and salesmanship for your company is exceptional. This was my first experience buying a car. The options were many and it could have been quiet daunting,but Matthew took the time to advise me and guide me through these options. This meant alot to me on a personnel level as well because Matthew took care of all the details in this process. The only thing left for me to do, was to drive away in the car of my dreams! Matthew was great to work with. He is frank and a 'straight shooter' which was a breath of fresh air when so many prior experiences were not enjoyable.
