After finding a few vehicles online that I was interested in I decided to visit the dealership to take a look around. Unfortunately, both of the vehicles I was originally interested in had very recently sol in I decided to visit the dealership to take a look around. Unfortunately, both of the vehicles I was originally interested in had very recently sold. However, Matt was very diligent and seeing what else might fit the parameters I provided. He was able to find a vehicle that not only met my parameters but also exceeded them. I thought the whole process went very smoothly. It was a very busy day when I visited but I did not have to wait long to complete the required paperwork. Overall it was a very easy experience and I was very happy that at no time did I feel pressured to decide right on the spot.
