Roma was very pleasant! I liked the fact that she sent me a text confirming that our phones were connecting, then texted me when the car was ready. I love the coffee in the waiting room- that is a big plus for me. Downside of waiting room: the couches need to be replaced as the seats are way broken down, making them uncomfortable to sit in and get out of. They are also on the low side. I liked the fact that a brief video was made for me of the oil change explaining what was done and recommendations. Downside of video: voice blurred out a little when making the recommendations on video. Upside: my paperwork contained those recommendations and estimated price to fix. Upside: my car was parked close by when ready to be picked up and Roma walked me to my car and offered to pull it around for me , sensing that would have been difficult for me to do so. Roma is a real credit to your company and made this a pleasant experience for me! More

My experience with Lithia Hyundai of fresno has been invariably excellent to date, beginning with the initial purchase of the vehicle and now having had routine maintenance service performed three times invariably excellent to date, beginning with the initial purchase of the vehicle and now having had routine maintenance service performed three times at their facility, I have nothing but positive things to say about every aspect of their service. My most recent service technician, Vincent was excellent - very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend Lithia based on my personal experiences there. More

ZERO communication- they do not answer the phone or return voicemails! So good luck if you have any issue. Terrible customer service. And everytime I've shown up to speak in person, their answer is ‘no return voicemails! So good luck if you have any issue. Terrible customer service. The service department at Lithia Hyundai of Fresno leaves much to be desired. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule maintenance for my Hyundai SUV due to a malfunctioning heater, I have been met with unav much to be desired. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule maintenance for my Hyundai SUV due to a malfunctioning heater, I have been met with unavailability for appointments that are often booked out two months in advance. I bought a used car from Lithia Hyundai in April 2022, three months later and I'm having problems with the several things: First I got a flat tire and took it to a local American Tire to fix, but they co three months later and I'm having problems with the several things: First I got a flat tire and took it to a local American Tire to fix, but they couldn't get the tire off, because it had locks, which Lithia didn't supply the key to, so as I was driving the car to Lithia to get that fixed, my airbag warning light came on, as did a lost communication warning for the ABS braking system and lost vehicle speed and lost wheel distance messages. That was Saturday and I've been calling to see what is going on and NO ONE returns my calls. If I could give less than one star I would. More

I bought 2 cars cash and was treated horrible with service and that’s to say the least! Don’t do it! One car is a 2012 Nissan z 370 and a brand new Santa Fe.
