Purchased 17 Elantra Limited In dealership on a Monday. Left that nite with a sales agreement to purchase. Went Tuesday morn to my bank. Called Salesman from bank that had approv In dealership on a Monday. Left that nite with a sales agreement to purchase. Went Tuesday morn to my bank. Called Salesman from bank that had approval for loan would be there a Thursday early afternoon to pickup car. On Wednesday salesman called said found the car The color we wanted Black with black interior I repeated back to him Black black interior he said yes. Arrived about 12:30 to dearship with check. No car????? Started hum hawing around don’t know when car coming. Upset I walked out to leave take check back to bank Sales manager come out to my car and said car would be there tonite. Went back at 5:30 no car but on way in from somewhere. Car finally arrived about 6:30 PM. Was an additional 500.00 rebate due sales manager said I could pick check up on the following Wednesday. I called Wednesday about 1:00 no check no one knew anything about it sales manager that was handling was off and no one else knew anything about. Finally got check Thursday and by the way the car was Black w/gray interior not black interior as told it was. I have purchased 3 other cars there within 2 years and they treated me as if I never purchsed from them b4 More
