Friendly, however no follow up Customer service was lack luster---no follow up for multiple "we owe"'s--still don't have my SD card and after three trips up to Hickory (1.5 hr round Customer service was lack luster---no follow up for multiple "we owe"'s--still don't have my SD card and after three trips up to Hickory (1.5 hr round trip) I requested it to be sent to my local Dealer for installation. I fully expect I will need to call and remind them of this vs have someone follow through on that commitment. One trip up there I rearranged work to be there at 8:30, waited 2+ hrs in the waiting room only to find out they didn't have the right parts. Other than my test drive, no one spent any time orienting me to how all the systems and features work. I had a Honda and switched to try Hyundai, but so far Honda had better service. The receptionists were friendly and so was everyone when I spent the time in the waiting room. It would just be nice for them to keep me better informed with the items still owed. More

OUTSTANDING SALES EXPERIENCE ! I made a long range purchase from Connecticut on a 15' Genesis. I couldn't be more happy. The sales staff was very accomodating. They even went as far as to pick me up from the airport. Professional, Courtious, Friendly. I've purchased quite a few vehicles in my life - And this experience was one of the memorable ones. Buy 2016 Sonata I bought a new 2016 Sonata because the engine went bad in the 2014 Sonata we had.
