May Day Celebration a Day Early I scheduled an appointment with Matt Church at Paramount Hyundai in Hickory to review my options as I was coming to the end of my three year lease of I scheduled an appointment with Matt Church at Paramount Hyundai in Hickory to review my options as I was coming to the end of my three year lease of a 2012 Hyundai. First let me say that the car I had was excellent in every way and I wasn't even planning to re-lease just yet. I actually has just gone to wash my car that day and was on my way elsewhere after my appointment. However, as I explored the options available right then on April 30 with a minimal payment adjustment, it was a no-brainer. After having my wife stop by after work to check it out I walked away with a 2015 Hyndai Elantra Limited. The cars are very similar with some added improvements in the past three years. The three mode steering, the rear-view back-up visibility feature, and the solid sound insulation is a plus. Dealing with Matt was very enjoyable and he definitely upholds the motto that hangs on the wall which states that he blelieves in treating others as you would like to be treated. I would highly recommend Matt and the people at Paramount. More

After researching Hyundai online and reviewing the inventory available at Paramount Hyundai, I chose this as my first stop. Paramount Hyundai's location is very convenient for me, despite the fact tha inventory available at Paramount Hyundai, I chose this as my first stop. Paramount Hyundai's location is very convenient for me, despite the fact that I reside in Lincoln County, NC. I have never visited Paramount Hyundai, and after owning 3 Toyota vehicles I was timid about the brand. Matt Church assisted me in every step of the way and answered all my questions thoroughly and sometimes, more than once, when I did not understand. I have never had a sale person provide me with such knowledge and direct attention. He was very detailed with me and went over every single feature of the brand to familiarize me with the differences in Hyundai and Toyota, the make of vehicle I had been driving for the past 10+ years. Matt has a very friendly personality and was very patient with me when I changed my mind multiple times about my car purchase. I could not have asked for a better experience with Matt or with Paramount Hyundai and I will gladly recommend the dealership to anyone and everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. More

I had been researching different mid-size hybrid cars for about 3 months and had narrowed my search to a top 3 list. He took special care to explain all of the top notch features of the Sonata Hybrid Limited as well as humoring me with all my many questions. Everyone that I encountered at Paramount was extremely nice and concerned with making our experience the most pleasant car buying experience possible. The Sonata Hybrid could practically sell itself with all of the top of the line features, warranty and safety features, but the team at Paramount is the most exceptional part of this entire experience. I have never had quite the experience with a car dealership that I had with this one. Everything and I mean everything went well. For starters I have been window shopping for a Hyundai Sonata for dealership that I had with this one. Everything and I mean everything went well. For starters I have been window shopping for a Hyundai Sonata for approximatly six months. I knew what I wanted, what I expected out of my Hyundai Tiburon that I bought new as well, and what I was willing to spend. I had been looking online for the perfect car/deal. I found one on the internet specials and submitted my interest. My phone rang within two minutes from Paramount Hyundai in Hickory. Turned out the car on the internet special didn't have the special Nav/Sunroof/package that I wanted. Matt Church, the salesman, sent me a text the next morning asking me to call him. From here it all falls into place. He found the exact car that I wanted, in another city about an hour away. I went in to the dealership and made a great deal for the Sonata and the trade of my Tiburon. I signed papers that night and was driving my new car the next day! I will recomend this dealership and Matt Church (salesman) to anyone and everyone I know! More
