After having a horrible experience at another dealership, I took a chance and called O’Steen in Jacksonville since I would be in town. While the other dealership was rude and pushy and condescending, even b I took a chance and called O’Steen in Jacksonville since I would be in town. While the other dealership was rude and pushy and condescending, even bordering harassment not to mention questioning my integrity….Quan and Matt had me approved and basically in a brand new car in under 3 hours. They made the process easy, they didn’t promise what they couldn’t provide, and I’m now in a brand new car for the first time in my life. They reassured me I had been thru enough and deserved a break and deserved what I wanted. Even during the test drive, Quan took the time to explain all of my trucks features. They made it happen. THIS is how it’s supposed to be done. More
