Dan and Jerry Trotter ultimately resolved the issues in servicing my Jeep Wrangler created by Matt. A one or two day repair action turned into a week and multiple trips for me to the dealership. Manual servicing my Jeep Wrangler created by Matt. A one or two day repair action turned into a week and multiple trips for me to the dealership. Manual transmission was very stiff shifting column to column. Matt could NOT get the problem diagnosed and intended to send the vehicle back to me. Jerry and Dan stepped in, got issue diagnosed and shifting cables replaced. Driving fine now. Would recommend service department but NOT Matt as a service coordinator. More
