Matt was an outstanding seller. He was patient and answered all my questions. Matt taught me how to know when my breaks are bad by looking at the fluid! If Matt became a super hero it would for sure be Batman and Luther Chev should invest in a bat mobile for Matt. What I am saying is Luther Chev has a great team of people who like to have fun. I am always scared when buying a vehicle because of the hassling sales people. Luther made me feel like I was a friend. Thank you guys! And my truck is amazing too :) More

I think Luther is a good dealership, my experience was not the best, but now the worst. I always like when there is give and take when you are in a negotiation, I felt the dealership had no give, which w not the best, but now the worst. First point of contact was Nathan on team A. He did a nice job. His counterpart on team b, I forget his name, but he never called me back. We ended up walking in to look for the vehicle I was waiting on nice job. His counterpart on team b, I forget his name, but he never called me back. We ended up walking in to look for the vehicle I was waiting on and ended up working with Matt. Matt did a great job. Finance as usual, takes the longest. It would be beneficial to streamline that process and try to get the time consolidated. Seems like a lot of waiting. Over all, we are satisfied. This was our second pitch chase and I have no reason not to purchase from you again. More
