Gotta love luther Chevrolet! Great friendly people at luther Chevrolet, they take awesome care of my car and my guys trucks. If I need parts ordered they get them in and on quick. Matt Kennedy and other staff I am rating my overall experience at a 5 star rating. I happened to show up after the dealership had closed for the night. As Matt was walking to his I am rating my overall experience at a 5 star rating. I happened to show up after the dealership had closed for the night. As Matt was walking to his vehicle to head home for the evening he spotted me looking at used trucks. Rather than hopping in his car and heading home to his family he took a few minutes to speak with me about trucks and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He provided me his card and the discussed the deals that were being offered on new trucks. We agreed that I would return on Monday to go over me needs and what was available at present. So the bottom line for me was the level of professionalism and Matt's ability to hear and listen to what I was looking for was what sealed the deal. He followed through on everything and was wonderful at guiding me through the process. I would and will purchase other vehicles through Luther Hudson just based on what a positive car buying experience Matt provided. In addition, the financial were great. I dealt with Jeff and John, I can't recall their last names, were great. Serious, all the staff I had contact with were just good people. I hope you are proud of your sales team, especially Matt, I have never enjoyed buying a car or truck, never. I did this time. Thank to Matt Kennedy and the rest of your staff. More

Purchase of used Suburban Stopped in to purchase a Tahoe we looked at a few day earlier. It was already sold. Sat down with Matt and he provided us with several options for t Stopped in to purchase a Tahoe we looked at a few day earlier. It was already sold. Sat down with Matt and he provided us with several options for the type of vehicle we were looking for. A suburban had just been made available. He expedited it through a quick cleaning and got us out on the road for a test drive. We decided to purchase it. Matt was very friendly and helpful throughout the process and had the suburban ready for pick up that Friday. At pick up, he walked me through all the options and controls on the vehicle and helped me get the Onstar and the MyChevrolet phone app all set up. He followed up the deal with a personal letter thanking us for the purchase. Making sure we were happy with the buy. This was my first time working with Hudson Chev for a vehicle purchase. I am very happy with how everything went. More
