He is patient, very knowledgeable of his product and was impressed with his ability to effectively explain the complex electronics and features of the vehicles we were most interested in. I always enjoy working with sales people like Eddie who are interested in selling you on their product due to its features and whether it fits your specific needs, rather than pressuring you to simply buy a product.
