He made the experience easy and comfortable. He not only made sure I was comfortable with the car, but that I knew how to work all the bells and whistles. He also ensured that the car was cleaned and in perfect condition before I drove off the lot. I was introduced to Andy Miller in the service department, whom I knew from previous experience with said Chevy dealership to be an exemplary service writer. Dealing with Eddie Nuttall in the finance office was another example of the excellent service I received and Fred Anderson Toyota in Charleston. One and a half hours later, I left in my brand new Prius, having gotten even a better price and trade allowance than I expected. How often can one say that regarding a new vehicle purchase?!
