We made this agreement long distance, and it felt like they couldn't accommodate us enough. No sitting for hours, haggling over prices and availability of inventory. I got exactly what I wanted and and was not pushed into anything I didn't want! This kind of superior service starts at the top and trickles down.Stephen Rhoads(GM),put us in the RIGHT hands to make everything happen. We did everything over the phone in less than a day, and they delivered the vehicle directly to us in 2 days.UNREAL, and unheard of today!! Even the driver, that drove my new vehicle to me was exceptional. After a 9hr drive, the vehicle was CLEAN,BEAUTIFUL,and deliveredw/ a full tank of gas!!! Wow, KUDOS to Stephen Rhoads, and his TOP salesman(Matthew Laurence), I can't THANK you enough. We love our transition from what the called my previous vehicle "BEST DRIVING EXPERIENCE" BMW, I beg to differ,this Toyota 4 Runner screams comfort, and class,I will be part of the Toyota family from here on out! After many years of bad experiences with a local Chevy dealership, I entered Fred Anderson Toyota without a clear idea of what I was looking for. Matthew Laurence found the PERFECT car for me. He made the experience easy and comfortable. He not only made sure I was comfortable with the car, but that I knew how to work all the bells and whistles. He also ensured that the car was cleaned and in perfect condition before I drove off the lot. I was introduced to Andy Miller in the service department, whom I knew from previous experience with said Chevy dealership to be an exemplary service writer. Dealing with Eddie Nuttall in the finance office was another example of the excellent service I received and Fred Anderson Toyota in Charleston. I was welcomed without question even though they technically closed at 5. Matthew Laurence is very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I feel very fortunate to have been able to work with him. One and a half hours later, I left in my brand new Prius, having gotten even a better price and trade allowance than I expected. How often can one say that regarding a new vehicle purchase?! We were pleased with his support, the expeditious handling of our trade in, and the assistance during our visit. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Matt is an excellent asset. Bill Utnick handled the paperwork. He was an excellent manager. Very professional and friendly.
