Overall, my experience with the dealership has been mixed. The buying process was smooth, and the staff was helpful. However, I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid from the dealership only about a mont mixed. The buying process was smooth, and the staff was helpful. However, I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid from the dealership only about a month ago, and I have already encountered multiple issues. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle developed a problem involving the transmission shifter/ control module. I am now also dealing with an A/C door actuator issue that requires repair. I understand that used vehicles can develop problems, and I do not expect a used car to be perfect. However, having two significant issues arise so soon after the purchase makes me question how thoroughly the vehicle was inspected before it was sold. I appreciate that the dealership agreed to address an initial issue that popped up on the way home from the dealership. That said, I wish the other problems had been identified before the sale. It is frustrating to make a substantial purchase and then immediately face additional repairs. More
