Andrew Case with Allstate is my new agent, he set everything up with a new policy and proof of insurance papers before I drove off the lot. I had some issues dealing with my former agent (unprofessional and slow) but Andrew came to the rescue avoiding lots of headaches and delays, at a lower rate than my previous insurer. Andrew and Matthew both made my experience very positive. Both gentlemen are very likeable on a personal level in addition to being true professionals. Thanks you guys! More

Their service department is outstanding, the sales staff honest and knowledgeable, the finance staff super helpful and efficient in their processes. The service department is what keeps me coming back, they are better than anyone else in the market and are the reason my original 4Runner continues to perform at top-notch level. PLT is the best.
