Service visit Oil change & two recalls were completed in less than an hour. Car was washed. Cashier was polite. Not sure but think my initial contact was Matt. Do not recommend the detailing The hand off of the vehicle went well. I love the fact that I got a loaner car. I brought the vehicle in for a recall / update on the HUD software. The hand off of the vehicle went well. I love the fact that I got a loaner car. I brought the vehicle in for a recall / update on the HUD software. I also had them check out a low tire pressure issue. My issue was the detailing. They did not clean the in dash cubby, door pockets, or behind the handles. This is the reason it was rated so low as I primarily wanted to get a detailing done. I will continue to go to them for maintenance work,. More

Always a pleasure No one likes having to take your vehicle in for a recall. Service can be a pain, but not at Kenosha Subaru. Rachel, Ben, Jack and Matt always provide No one likes having to take your vehicle in for a recall. Service can be a pain, but not at Kenosha Subaru. Rachel, Ben, Jack and Matt always provide excellent service that goes above and beyond the norm. They had a loaner car ready for me and I was on my way to work in 10 minutes. They took care of the airbag issue, changed the oil, rotated the tires and made sure my Subie was safe and ready to get back on the road. It is always a pleasure to work with such fun, knowledgeable and professional people. They have such great attitudes and hearts! Thank you Service team for setting the bar so high! 💙🚗 More

I appreciated Lori's patient consideration over my decision, not pushing, but giving information and allowing me to take my test drives to feel the comfort and learn the luxury of a Subaru. I have 17,900 miles on my Outback. It is possibly the most favorite vehicle I have owned. I love the way the car handles on the road. We have had an especially icy/snowy winter, and this is the vehicle to traverse the road with . Others admire our choice as we chat in ice laden parking lots. The service technicians and service managers have been courteous, informational, knowledgable, and kind. The ease of getting in for servicing is important, and they have always been quite timely with me. One of my oil changes was in Gwinett County, Georgia. I was able to get into the service department within a day, and they had all the information they needed on their computers. They also were courteous, kind and efficient. This is a huge "PLUS" as we love to travel across the USA. More

6 mo maintenance and remote start install. I had called an made an appt. Was taken in on time, did not wait to be greeted. Told it could take 3 hours. Was done in 2.25 hrs! Fantastic!
