I once purchased the most expensive vehichle on the lot back in the year 2000. I had a great experience with that purchase. I had some problems with the serviceing of that purchase but I am not he kind of back in the year 2000. I had a great experience with that purchase. Things did not work out in my personal life so the purchase was aborted. It was now time for a new 5.0 ; I started emailing Matt and then I went to see him. As I suspected Brandon Ford had a car I like and could afford. Matt worked out a good deal for me and Brandon Ford's willingness to make minimal profit and maintain cutomer loyalty, through volume sales is why they have three times the # of cutomers on their lot, as other dealerships. Everyone tells you the same thing; "I really want to earn your business". THEN DO IT. Brandon Ford does. More

I selected Brandon Ford because they had advertised the vehicle that I was looking for. I knew what I wanted prior to contacting the dealership and then applied on line for the vehicle. Matt Salling contacted me and I knew immediately that I would be able to deal with him. I recently went to Lakeland Toyota and explained that I needed to look at the vehicles first then would get with a salesman. Unfortunately for Lakeland Toyota, they were just a little to pushy for me and I walked out of the dealership. To be honest the Focus was my second choice but because Matt was not over the top pushy, he got my business. Extremely happy with the purchase and the entire process. Way to go Brandon Ford and Matt and of course Toni as well. More

Matt got back to Great Experience at Brandon Ford I contacted Matt Salling through Internet Sales and asked for a quote on 3 different Mustang GT's. Matt got back to me with the quotes and where the best prices I received from other dealers. I took the day off to get one of the three based on trade in value on my truck. When I called Matt it was his day off but he came in any way to take care of me. Dealing with Matt and the others at Brandon Ford was a great car buying experience, the best I have ever had. On my trade in I was offered much more than I thought I was going to get based on the research I did using Kelly Blue Book. Based on my trade I was able to drive away in a Mustang GT premium and not the base model I was thinking I was going to have to get. Never once did I get pressured or have to argue with anyone there. Once we had the deal done I met with Channing Roberson in the Finance Dept. Channing went over all the different options opened to me and again there was no pushing me into anything. Channing, like Matt was great to deal with and we had the whole thing wrapped up quickly. I have been buying new cars for over 30 years and this was the best experience I have ever had in any dealership. I can highly recommend Matt, Channing, and Brandon Ford for getting a new car.
