I The day I set up an oil change on my Frontier Luisa called and asked if I was interested in trading up my frontier I bought 2 years ago with Newton. I was. Needed to upgrade to a full-size truck to keep up with my growing family. I did not expect Newton to get me into a full-size truck because their used inventory did not meet my needs except one truck that very low miles, a year old and price tag out of my comfort zone. However, after speaking to Luisa on the first day, Matthew Sharpton stepped in the next day to finish as I returned Luisa was busy. Both of them did an excellent job and was very professional and courteous. Best of all, I left Newton (3rd time buying from them) with a truck I love and payment not much different than my smaller truck. Kudos to all involved. Exceptional customer service...just like always! We had to replace our 2016 Versa that was wrecked recently. My husband was wearing his seat belt and the driver's side airbags deployed that kept him We had to replace our 2016 Versa that was wrecked recently. My husband was wearing his seat belt and the driver's side airbags deployed that kept him from being seriously injured, although the car was a total loss. It was a really good car and we were very pleased with the Versa's performance and dependability. So after the insurance claim was settled, we went back to Newton Nissan and purchased a 2018 Nissan Versa - identical to what we had - because he liked the other one so much! We have purchased several vehicles over the years at this Nissan dealership and have always received excellent customer service and fair deals. Their service department is also top notch. Their staff is always friendly and professional. We prefer to support local businesses whenever possible, so we choose Newton Nissan. More
