From Oil change (and phone call) to a new truck The day I set up an oil change on my Frontier Luisa called and asked if I was interested in trading up my frontier I bought 2 years ago with Newton. I The day I set up an oil change on my Frontier Luisa called and asked if I was interested in trading up my frontier I bought 2 years ago with Newton. I was. Needed to upgrade to a full-size truck to keep up with my growing family. I did not expect Newton to get me into a full-size truck because their used inventory did not meet my needs except one truck that very low miles, a year old and price tag out of my comfort zone. However, after speaking to Luisa on the first day, Matthew Sharpton stepped in the next day to finish as I returned Luisa was busy. Both of them did an excellent job and was very professional and courteous. Best of all, I left Newton (3rd time buying from them) with a truck I love and payment not much different than my smaller truck. Kudos to all involved.
