Having been with Lexus for 7 years, I've experienced various dealerships and personnel. The experience at Lexus of North Miami is by far the most exceptional. From the incredible amenities available, to various dealerships and personnel. The experience at Lexus of North Miami is by far the most exceptional. From the incredible amenities available, to the attention to detail in every aspect of your car experience, this dealership and its personnel truly take the pressure and stress away from buying a car. I've leased 4 cars through Yoni Edery and each and every time, my experience and respect for his work escalades. There's something to be said about receiving great customer service from a luxury dealership and the ability of people to consistently deliver it. Yoni exceeds that expectation. I can honestly say that throughout the lifetime of my car experience with Yoni, there has not been one time where I wasn't taken care of. From the first moment you meet Yoni till the day you return the car (to get another one from him of course) he does not just treat you like another customer, he treats you like family. That is what differentiates Yoni from every other GM I've worked with. It's not about what is best for the dealership, its always about what is best for you. When someone has the ability to meet your needs consistently, deliver solutions, conduct business in respectful manner, and make you never doubt something, you know you are in good hands. There's no doubt in my mind that because of Yoni, I will be a Lexus customer for life! I worked with Matt Silva on the most recent leasing of my 2014 IS. From test driving different models, to explaining the ins and out of the vehicle, to signing the paper work and driving off, Matt ensured that my experience was going to be a great one. I've seen too many times, sales personnel who are too aggressive, pressure you, and don't consider what is best for you. This is the complete opposite of my experience with Matt. Matt shared not only his experience with different models but also the experience that others have had, to ensure I had enough knowledge to make the right decision for me. Even after the leasing of my vehicle, he took the time to ensure I was enjoying the car and to reiterate that he's always available for anything I need. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to get into a car at Lexus of North Miami Beach and I'm at ease knowing that I can rely on him throughout the lifetime of my lease! More

He is very professional and we NEVER experienced the usual back and forth sales tactics. Not only did we get our new 2014 Lexus RX350, now my wife can use the spa and gym, that place is "awesome". This is my 4th Lexus that I lease since 2005. I'm extremely pleased with the services that I've always receive at Lexus starting with the professionalism, kindness, assistance and willingness to ensu extremely pleased with the services that I've always receive at Lexus starting with the professionalism, kindness, assistance and willingness to ensure that the customer is pleased and satisfied with the entire experience of buying a car. My last 3 leases were from the Pembroke Pines location; where Yony Edery ALWAYS assisted me. He is now the GM at North Miami, so I followed him. What an assets to your group! He is a wonderful person and makes sure everything is running GREAT... SALES Person: Matthew Silva: This was my first time at the North Miami location, Mathew was the Sales person that assisted me and from the minute he greeted me till I drove off the lot with my new lease; the experience was awesome. Matthew was able to educate me on the new features from one model to the next and answered all my questions. He spent more than 6 hours with me, made sure that my trade in was empty and ensured that I had everything with me. Matthew walked me through the basics of the car and taught me some new features. Matthew was very enthusiastic and charming personally of interacting with me the entire time made time very pleasant and pass fairly quickly. I thank everyone at Lexus for always making my trade-in experiences a very easy one. Thanks again, Yony for your teamwork and hard work each of you do each day, keep up the GREAT work! Margaret More
