This is my 4th Lexus that I lease since 2005. My last 3 leases were from the Pembroke Pines location; where Yony Edery ALWAYS assisted me. He is now the GM at North Miami, so I followed him. What an assets to your group! He is a wonderful person and makes sure everything is running GREAT... SALES Person: Matthew Silva: This was my first time at the North Miami location, Mathew was the Sales person that assisted me and from the minute he greeted me till I drove off the lot with my new lease; the experience was awesome. Matthew was able to educate me on the new features from one model to the next and answered all my questions. He spent more than 6 hours with me, made sure that my trade in was empty and ensured that I had everything with me. Matthew walked me through the basics of the car and taught me some new features. Matthew was very enthusiastic and charming personally of interacting with me the entire time made time very pleasant and pass fairly quickly. I bought a pre owned 2011 Lexus RX450h that I found through autotrader. Unfortunately, I live in CA and the car was in FL and I was not able to test drive or inspect the car prior to my purchase. The listed price for the car was so competitive that I couldn't pass up on the deal. Matthew Silva, my sales rep was very helpful and assured me that the car I was buying was exactly as described (flawless condition). I had to arrange my own shipment of the car from FL to CA and Matt was very helpful and reassured me that he's familiar with this process. Ive never shipped a car before so this was all new to me. The shipping took almost 2 weeks and I was really nervous during this time since I just paid for a used car in full without even seeing it in person. When I finally received the car, I was ecstatic! The car was perfect and practically brand new. Came exactly as described and still has the new car smell. Matt also followed up with me to make sure there were no issues and that I was satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Matt and Lexus of North Miami for a great car at a great price!
