Today was more than just picking up a new car… it was the end of a very long journey and a reminder to never give up. ❤️🚘 After almost a year of being without a car following my accident, dealing with se end of a very long journey and a reminder to never give up. ❤️🚘 After almost a year of being without a car following my accident, dealing with setbacks, challenges, and moments where I honestly wondered when my turn would come… today, I finally drove away in my new BMW. But what made today even more special was the incredible team that helped make this happen. A very special thank you to Matthew in Finance and Jaumara in Sales. From the very beginning, they believed this deal could happen when I honestly was ready to walk away and thought there was no chance. They stayed patient, kept working every angle possible, never gave up on me, and remained determined to find a way. In a world where so many people simply do their job, it means everything when you come across people who genuinely care and are willing to go the extra mile for someone they just met. Today was proof that persistence pays off… and sometimes you just need the right people in your corner. I am beyond grateful, incredibly happy, and so thankful for this new beginning. This is no doubt the dealership from xxxx! We agreed to purchase a 2026 Lexus rz350e. We were to pick it up (over one week after signing and almost one month after making deposit). Upon arriva We agreed to purchase a 2026 Lexus rz350e. We were to pick it up (over one week after signing and almost one month after making deposit). Upon arrival at the dealership (after flying cross country)-the salesman placed our bags in the car-set up the app for us and then told us to see Todd in finance. That is when things became sketchy. Todd claimed that my wife had not fully executed the contract (lIE-we have the email from the doc sign showing it was fully executed). He said that the rebate had been reduced and the financing period shortened. Roman (sales manager) attempted to rejigger the deal so that we would proceed. While we were under duress (suitcases, no car ,hundreds of miles from home-we reluctantly agreed. With Matt now doing the paperwork,we continued ( in our third hour at the store)-he requested to see Roman. When he came back he showed us that the rebate (for sales) had not changed and most of the problems had been caused either my Todd’s incompetence (or dishonesty). The contract was revised again and after three and one half hours we were free to leave. We received virtually no instruction on how to use this electric car. Charging,cruise control, wipers lights-nothing). The experience in dealing with Angel and particularly Sean Kamal.GM has been particularly unpleasant. Sean Kamal suggested that we take $500 compensation-then tried to coerce me to revise my review-to receive the check-or he would “rip up the check”. I never had agreed to do anything for the compensation- but had it been pleasantly provided-I would have revised the review to reflect that. CAVEAT EMPTOR- if you feel the urge to buy a Lexus-do your shopping-skip Lexus of North Miami-if you are looking for a trustworthy dealership. We have the receipts and will be pursuing all of our rights. More
