Before I went in to test drive the vehicle I did not realize how busy these two were because each time I called, they prioritized my needs and questions. Not one time did I feel rushed. When I got to the dealership, there were a lot of other customers there. I thought I would be sitting for hours; however, I was greeted by everyone and checked on frequently. I was also offered beverages while I waited and had some great conversations with the staff! Nick made sure I was comfortable with each decision and is one the best sake person I have ever met. Matt made this the best experience because it did not feel like I was buying anything. It was more like to old friends talking and laughing. Matt is also the reason why I will only be purchasing vehicles from Elite Auto Brokers, moving forward, as I am now lifer. From the manger/loan officer to the sales rep, they made this a wonderful wonderful experience!!! I love my new car! More
