Matt Stickney called me a racist name for no reason at all. I was shocked to hear it. About an hour later, he called to supposedly apologize and called me a "xxxxing xxxxxxx" and hung up. I can't beli all. I was shocked to hear it. About an hour later, he called to supposedly apologize and called me a "xxxxing xxxxxxx" and hung up. I can't believe the owners allow such a person to work there, let alone be sales manager. I believe he is the son of an owner, that's why. Well, I've been dealing with Newins Ford for several years, but never again. I also have friends that buy from Newins Ford whom I will inform of this incident. Unbelievable! By the way, no one from the dealership ever called me with a real apology... More
