Great experience Matt Strosin was great. We did most of the deal over the phone, and he was great with getting information and prompt follow up. By the time I got to Matt Strosin was great. We did most of the deal over the phone, and he was great with getting information and prompt follow up. By the time I got to the dealership a few days later, my truck was all set and prepped. He even coordinated with a Linex dealer near me to get the bedliner sprayed when and where it was convenient for me. The dealership was very nice and all the staff there was polite and professional. Chris in the Finance office was very good to deal with as well and was very patient, as well as knowledgeable. Overall the experience was an A+ More

Full disclosure - I have known Matt for a number of years. That being said, I couldn't have had a better experience than working with him. The process was quick and respectful of my time (a previous years. That being said, I couldn't have had a better experience than working with him. The process was quick and respectful of my time (a previous purchase at another dealer was HOURS longer). The day of pickup, I had a couple of things I wanted before I arrived in order to quickly get in and out. Matt called me on his off-time to go through the three items. When I arrived, everything was taken care of and I was out of the dealer in about 30 minutes. Matt is low-pressure and personable. You will enjoy working with him. I am very pleased with Matt and the entire Griffin experience. Nice work! More
