He made sure the car was ready for us when we arrived. He helped us get the deal that was right for us. The finance team was great and let us know about a warranty option available through Volkswagen that we otherwise never would have known was available to us. We were unable to take the care that day due to a minor body issue that the dealership agreed to have fixed for us. Matt made sure to keep us updated on the fix. When the fix was complete, Matt was willing to bring the vehicle to us. We could not be happier with our purchase. Thank you to Matt and Dan for all of your help! More

My co-worker recently leased a Mazda CX-5 and was very happy with the ve As a long-term satisfied Toyota consumer, I am being asked why I got a Mazda. My co-worker recently leased a Mazda CX-5 and was very happy with the vehicle (Mazda CX-5) and service he received from Matt Tillapaugh. By reference, I requested to work with Matt even though he was not available when I went to look at the Mazda CX-5 and CX-9. Junior, Matt's co-worker assisted me in his behalf and gave me direction, answers to my questions as well as assisted with a test drive. Todd, Matt's sales manager was also very helpful with appraising our Toyota Tacoma as I test drove the Mazda CX-5 which I loved. :) The following day when Matt returned he followed up with me and helped finalize my thoughts and numbers with the Mazda CX-5 keeping the process moving in a timely manner for me. Dan was the finance director who accommodated us with expertise and humor even though he had several other customers waiting to get financed. Overall, Matt, Dan and Todd worked together to make sure my vehicle was completed with a pure seal interior and exterior protection so that I wouldn't have to make a special trip back to the dealership to have this completed. Awesome!! I truly believe that everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with. I never felt that we were oversold nor under delivered. I will definitely will refer friends and family without reservation. More
