They took away the good coffee machine once Bob died. They don't put donuts or popcorn out anymore either. They try to charge $60 to change a $1 light bulb and have tried telling me I need to change my r They don't put donuts or popcorn out anymore either. I wish there was a different Toyota service in town. More

I went in w a dead battery. Supposedly they jumped it to get my car there. But then asked me if I wanted my battery checked w/o warning me that they would charged $70 to connect Supposedly they jumped it to get my car there. But then asked me if I wanted my battery checked w/o warning me that they would charged $70 to connect my battery to a volt meter. Can't help but think this was actually charge f the jump. At least I didn't get charged for the check up, where they found $$$$xk of bulbs filters etc. I declined. They didn't mention that I would b charged f using a credit card. Sure glad I didn't get all the work done. I want a new car, but I won't get a Toyota or Kia so I can be sure to never have to deal w rhormans again and I relayed this view to the corporate office. I am very frustrated because I came in for an oil change and it took 1 1/2 hours to get an oil change. I had an appointment for 10:30 and told them I needed to pick up my granddaughter at 12:00. I was told and it took 1 1/2 hours to get an oil change. I had an appointment for 10:30 and told them I needed to pick up my granddaughter at 12:00. I was told that it would be done before 12:00.
