Just purchased a Nissan Altma SL from Matthew Del Campo, Sales Consultant. Very courteous and considerate. Lots of Safety Items that I wanted. He spent over 6 hours with me to make sure I understood everything. He brought things to my attention that I would have missed. What he did not know the answer to my question, he immediately found out. I am 80 years old and in good health for my age. Things are slowing down for me, so I needed the extra help. About 2 hours after the sale. I did not grow up with computers, so I needed a little extra help with all the new technology, particularly all the 360 radars degrees around the vehicle and lane warnings and guidance. Did not have that when I grew up. Since I plan on keeping the car until autonomous driving is available, I purchased Lifetime Warranties for everything. I have been taking an AARP course for Senior Driving skills and became aware of all the new safety features. Had my car in reverse and the car direct opposite me also started backing at the same time. I missed seeing him, but he saw me and stopped. Since I back slow because of my age when I hit him there was no damage, only a sight audial bump. I considered that a wake-up call and started shopping at all the Dealers in Burleson. Purchased 4 days later. This was my request: “80 Male with the following Auto needs: Small car the advanced safety features, such as: front and rear auto breaking, side avoidance all sides, auto lane guidance, Navigation, driver power seat, and standard other options this vehicle will come with. Color light—white, Ivory, cream” On a scale of 1 to 10, I will give a 13 for the whole sales effort More

Matt Del Campo was my Sales Person. Matt was very friendly, polite and not pushy! Met Manager, Justin Crain and Finance, Charlie Acousta who were also very friendly. It only took 2 hours to pick out friendly, polite and not pushy! Met Manager, Justin Crain and Finance, Charlie Acousta who were also very friendly. It only took 2 hours to pick out my car, go over all the paperwork, finance and drive off the premises. It was an awesome experience! Will definitely recommend to anyone. More

We reviewed my selections and concerns. We test drove one car, the dealership inspected my trade in. He valued my time and did not waste it. He listened to my point of view and offered suggestions and considerations. He introduced me to his team members and they too were respectful, courteous and kind. And that's why I purchased from Burleson Nissan. The other 4 dealerships I tried to purchase from should know the reasons above are how they lost the sale. Thank you Matthew for a great experience! CPO fee added to price on cpo.nissanusa.com website I found a 2018 Nissan Altima on the https://cpo.nissanusa.com website. The disclaimer says "Price includes all costs to be paid by a consumer, except I found a 2018 Nissan Altima on the https://cpo.nissanusa.com website. The disclaimer says "Price includes all costs to be paid by a consumer, except for licensing costs, registration fees, and taxes. All vehicle details subject to change without notice. Contact dealer for most current information". When the salesman mentioned a certification fee of $1695.00, I asked why was I being charged a fee when the website clearly says no additional fees. I asked for a manager and I was then told I have to pay a certification fee but they could take off a few hundred dollars. After going back and forth with three people, I was told they would reduce it to $600. I also told the salesman that I was from out of state so I would be paying taxes and tagging the car where I live. The salesman put taxes on the sheet and told me they would take care of the taxes. I was instructed by my bank to avoid paying taxes at the dealership because I would have to pay the taxes where I live. I contacted the Nissan Consumer Affairs department and filed an official complaint against the dealership because they are breaking the law by trying to charge people certification fees on top of the listed price of a vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More
