Traded in 2 cars on a brand new GTI w/Autobahn package. Left my tools in one of my trade-ins. After contacting my salesperson and New Car Manager and notifying them, neither one of them could even be bothe Left my tools in one of my trade-ins. After contacting my salesperson and New Car Manager and notifying them, neither one of them could even be bothered to return my phone call. The tools disappeared and nobody even acted as if they cared! Pretty irritating after you spend over $30,000 on a car! I would not recommend this dealer to ANYONE, they made zero attempts to remedy the situation.. More
