Not overly pleased with the pushy extended warranty guy! Also not happy with overall quality of the vehicle I purchased. Had to make repairs with in 48 hours of taking possession. Felt very rushed in the finance manager’s office. I was on the phone with my insurance company the ENTIRE time I was in his office adding the new car to my policy so they could email a copy of the b I was on the phone with my insurance company the ENTIRE time I was in his office adding the new car to my policy so they could email a copy of the binder to the dealership. I was unable to provide my full attention to my insurance agent OR your finance manager during this important moment and it was very unprofessional and disrespectful…felt like your finance manager was just trying to rush me through the deal. In addition, although I left with the car…that’s all I left with…no copies of paperwork whatsoever…no sales contract, no financing paperwork, NOTHING!!! More
