I got into a wreck and my car was a total loss, so I needed something new, and didn't want to sit in the dealership for hours.. I sent our credit online to Austin & Mauricio, and by the time I showed up to the dealership, they not only had me in the exact car that I wanted, but they lowered my payment and interest rate from the last vehicle.. The Dallas store was trying to earn my business somehow first, but, they couldn't come close to what Rockwall did for me! SW Kia Rockwall family for life!!! More

Surprising find I tip my hat to the entire team at Southwest KIA of Rockwall. Came in yesterday after seeing that they had a truck I wanted to look at and met Jim, wh I tip my hat to the entire team at Southwest KIA of Rockwall. Came in yesterday after seeing that they had a truck I wanted to look at and met Jim, who told me that this particular vehicle was at a body shop close to Dallas and would be back tomorrow. He offered to bring the truck to me for a test drive, since I live nowhere near Rockwall. After talking to him for a bit, he brought out another truck for me to look at which we test drove to the body shop to see the one I originally planned to check out. As it sometimes goes, I was disappointed in the truck i had seen online, but found myself liking the one Jim showed me more and more. Cars and trucks are are something I’m pretty passionate about and know very well. I came to this dealership with a clear picture of what i wanted and was unwilling to compromise on that. Surprisingly, I found something better. Unfortunately, the truck was more expensive than what I planned to spend. Both Jim and the financial team worked tirelessly with me to come to a compromise I was able to make, answering every question, checking, and rechecking, the whole 9 yards! They really took care of me and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. More

Misleading Advertising - Dealer lists used cars as new cars Do not trust the online advertisements of this dealership. My sister and I learned this the hard way. Southwest Kia of Rockwall consistently lists u Do not trust the online advertisements of this dealership. My sister and I learned this the hard way. Southwest Kia of Rockwall consistently lists used demo cars as new cars without any indication in their advertisements that the "new" cars are actually used cars. This is in violation of Texas State law (Texas Administrative Code Title 43 Sect. 215.255), and I have reported this violation to the Texas Attorney General and the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. If you want to know the real business practices of this dealership, google "Southwest Kia Federal Trade Commission" to see the past shady business practices Southwest Kia of Rockwall engaged in. In our case, Southwest Kia listed a Kia Soul VIN # KNDJN2A22H7462483 as a new vehicle in late April. The dealer gave us the run around on this vehicle, and would not give us an OTD price without us coming in. When it was sold on May 2nd to another person, this vehicle had 11,800 miles on it according to the Carfax Report that we pulled. This is not an isolated incident since there were also other vehicles listed as new that Southwest Kia admitted via email were demo vehicles. More

False advertising, salesman lied Got to Kia Rockwall ready to buy vehicle. Vehicle wasn’t on lot. Found out all their vehicles have hail damage (wasn’t noted in online ad’ but they we Got to Kia Rockwall ready to buy vehicle. Vehicle wasn’t on lot. Found out all their vehicles have hail damage (wasn’t noted in online ad’ but they were fixing the hail damage as the sold (didn’t say at owners downed which in my case was over 4K) Car advertised as new yet they tried to charge $1450 to have it reertified because it had 11k miles. I finally saw pictures of my vehicle ONE WEEK after i went to buy it because it was a service loaner. Terrible communication and false advertising need to be fixed. More
