I decided to return to Ocean Mazda even after I had a previous bad experience with other employees a year ago which took my business elsewhere. That turned out to be a bad idea. I was looking at a new previous bad experience with other employees a year ago which took my business elsewhere. That turned out to be a bad idea. I was looking at a new Mazda and was having a pleasant enough experience with the sales person but then the manager came out. Mauricio's attitude from the jump was aggressive and condescending and he refused to take any money off the MSRP and said he sells his cars over MSRP. I find it hard to believe a car that's been around since 2017 is still selling over MSRP. More
