He was interested in finding the exact car that fitted my profile and was a straightforward negotiator. Buying a car this time around was fun. I would almost say that I am willing to pay an extra 1000$ to buy from Sia, just because of his personal manners, his attendance to the customer's needs, his astute observation abilities and willingness to help. Ask SPECIFICALLY for HIM. Mr. Mawutor Adamaley was agreeable in answering all the questions, when going through the financial part of the deal and is trustworthy beyond doubt. Also Mr. Ramazani, who oversaw the who package, supervised everything and enquired on regular basis whether all was according to my wishes. Customer is King with this team and they deserve the Koons' Crown. I am saddened that I forgot the name of the young South-Asian young man, who assisted in explaining the entire technology package to me, otherwise, I would have recommended him personally as well. I decided not to finance with the dealership, and didn't want any of the protection packages or anything that he offered to me. I have had past experiences where the Sales/Finance consultant would start to get aggressive and just be a dick towards me once they realized I wasn't interested in their products. However, Mr. Adamaley was pleasant with me even when he realized he wasn't making any commission off me. Thank you for allowing me to have a pleasant car buying experience. In addition, Mr. King was very willing to negotiate with me and made me feel like he valued my business. I just wish I could have talked to him sooner and didn't have to play the "dealership game" and work my way up the chain to him. I would recommend this dealership to others mainly because of their price and customer service. More

Mr. Toney Jeter was extremely helpful in providing all the information we needed, showing the car to us, explaining every feature (as we were completely new to Prius!) and answering all our questions. Thank you Mr. Toney Jeter! We did not know what to expect coming in and were somewhat scared of potential aggressive tactics; however, such tactics are nowhere to be found at this dealership. Not only was Mr. Jeter honest, objective and did not put any pressure on us, but also from what we could observe all their employees are laid back, nice and friendly and really show care for their customers. We would also like to thank two other very nice gentlemen: Mr. Mawutor Adamaley, who handled the financing part, and Mr. Kader Ndao, who went out of his way to help us when we needed help. More

After meeting Derrick, I decided to take a second look at used vehicles. Derrick was honest and answered my questions. If there was something he didn't know, he didn't guess at an answer and promised to get one. That's impressive. Derrick showed me a car that matched my preferences, but not my price. I told him I'd have to think about it, and he gave me his business card. I left and did some more online shopping. Derrick's no-pressure sales approach impressed me so much that when I found a vehicle that met both my needs and price, I called Derrick and returned to the dealership. Derrick met me at the door, showed me the vehicle, and we went for a test drive. Mawutor Adamaley finalizing the paperwork and I drove off in my new vehicle. He immediately put us at ease and was absolutely no pressure. He was also extremely knowledgable about the Tacoma truck we looked at (much more than the other dealers we spoke with).
