Disappointed to the MAX This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had in retail in my entire life. My salesman was nice enough, I was pushed a bit into making my dec This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had in retail in my entire life. My salesman was nice enough, I was pushed a bit into making my decision (but that is their job). It was once I started dealing with the finical department that it got BAD. There were moments when my emails and phone calls weren't being answered, I asked for important information and was ignored by multiple people at the dealership. They even screwed up so bad that my lease began in September but I was not able to even get the car until the middle of October. Honestly I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. I never write reviews on places but I think that more people should know about the hassles before having to suffer like I did. Horrible horrible horrible is all I can say. Do NOT go here find another Toyota in the area. Honestly it would be more worth it to drive out of the state to get a car than have to deal with this dealership. More

Lakeside Toyota is an amazing dealership! Lakeside Toyota is an amazing dealership that has provided amazing service for me for the past few years. I purchased my 2014 RAV 4 a few years ago a Lakeside Toyota is an amazing dealership that has provided amazing service for me for the past few years. I purchased my 2014 RAV 4 a few years ago and I have been provided with exceptional service ever since. The dealer that I worked with was very open to negotiating the price of the Limited Edition RAV 4 that I purchased and once I went over to financing the service continued to be amazing. About a year ago on the day before Thanksgiving I got a flat tire and even as busy as they were the manager made sure we were in and out within a reasonable amount of time to get on the road to travel to family. Then today on July 13, 2016 I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and my maintenance expired. Again, Lakeside Toyota took care of me without any hesitation. I was able to go over to the finance department and the finance salesman that I spoke with was able do ask the head of of the finance department to provide me with a free oil change and the service department was able to get me in and out again in a timely manner. If you are hesitating about getting your next vehicle with Toyota, no need to hesitate any longer. If you are looking for a dealership that doesn't just get you to purchase a vehicle, but takes care of you and your vehicle along the way and years after Lakeside Toyota is the place for you! I will be purchasing vehicles for Lakeside for years to come! More

They listened to what I wanted and they never made me feel like I didn't belong. They put my mind at ease. I went to just look at a car wound up buying a 2016 Rav 4. I have always had grey or silver cars but I bought a shiny red one. So excited!!! These guys at Lakeside Toyota were just FANTASTIC!!! I cant enough how nice and kind they were. None of the dealers in my area were interested in getting this vehicle f I was looking for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport with the technology package. None of the dealers in my area were interested in getting this vehicle for me. Jonathan Bryant was excellent in getting the vehicle for me. He promised he'd have the vehicle in three weeks. It came in in two weeks and six days - and it was exactly what I wanted. They also made me an excellent deal even though the truck was not on their lot at the time. More
