He sent excellent videos and photos showing the condition of the vehicle including before and afters of blotches that came out. I was reassured this was my unicorn. My husband and I drove to Roseville to seal the deal using my Mazda 3 as a trade in. The buying/selling process was seemless. Jai collected the necessary information ahead of time to eliminate unnecessary waiting. He then explained the features of the car. We appreciated his extensive knowledge of the product. Recently bought a 2026 CX50 through Chris. I had visited the dealership in November and had to 'think' about it. I pulled the trigger in February and the process, which is normally one of the worst processes under buying a house, was fairly straightforward and smooth. Chris was helpful and supportive, just like he was in November. Max was our Finance closer and also made the process as quick as he could and as stress-free as he could. I appreciate the process being so easy and LOVE my new car! We were in and out in about 3.5 hours which included trading in my Honda! Thanks guys! More
