Our overall experience was positive in several areas.
Steve, who answered our questions over the phone, was excellent, and Max, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

However, our experience with the individual who handled the finance portion was disappointing. She did not introduce herself and came across as rude and unprofessional. Having worked in customer service and finance for over 30 years, I believe this position requires someone more personable and approachable, as it is a critical part of the customer experience.
