My situation was a two-step process because I had another vehicle to trade in, but Max was patient, persistent, and ultimately put all the pieces in place to make the deal happen. He made me feel at ease and supremely confident that I made the right choice. Max was a consummate professional, working hard to earn my trust. And through it all, he was straight forward, honest, and came through with exactly the car I wanted...even making sure all the accessories were installed and the vehicle ready to go before I signed the last piece of paperwork. I also have to shout out the finance manager, Carlos Gonzalez, who walked me through all the details for closing on the purchase, gave me fair and objective advice on my options and was super personable. Carlos just made everything super simple and easy and although buying a car should be simple and easy, the experience often falls far short of that. This was a pleasant surprise... All in all, the entire team just made everything easy for me and I couldn't be happier with how it all went. Cheers! More

When I came in I was greeted by a nice young gentleman. His name was max and I explained to him my situation regarding my trade in and needing to jump to a bigger style car. He told me not to worry and to just follow his lead. From there he showed me the 2 different options for me that were the pilot and they odyssey and explained to me all the pros and cons of each. There I felt very confident and making the right decision. I ended up choosing the pilot and again Max explained every feature to me and was very knowledgeable on the product that he was selling. He also followed up really well with me the weeks after and when I got my plates he called me right away and popped them on my car for me ! Thanks again Max. I ll definitely recommend you to my family and friends. More
