I have been using Lexus since my 2017 and every service is an extreme pleasure . My car has rarely required anything major and whenever it’s required that I have any services done I trust the knowledge of is an extreme pleasure . My car has rarely required anything major and whenever it’s required that I have any services done I trust the knowledge of my wonderful services advisor Max Kim. He is hones and accommodating and always gives me a thorough explanation of what is required & preventative. I have made the error twice of using two other dealerships for an oil change in a pinch but quickly learned that the service a Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett is unmatched an incomparable. I would love to have a new car but they keep mine in such excellent shape. Whenever I do decide to purchase again it will be from here, a dealer that stands behind their work, the staff and is always loyal to loyal customers!!! More

Thanks Max Kim for the quick response and a great service. On Friday May 8 I had called to schedule a service appointment for my car. They transferred me to a lady name Natalie in the service departm service. On Friday May 8 I had called to schedule a service appointment for my car. They transferred me to a lady name Natalie in the service department while we were talking we got disconnected. I call back twice but they keep transfering me to her I guess she recognize my number or didn't want to answer her phone. After being on hold for the second time someone transferred my call to John I left a message and didn't receive a response. Waited for about 3 hrs then at 3:13pm I decided to go online I saw Max Kim email and contact him for a last ditch effort. To my surprise he responded and schedule me for Monday at 10am. Now that makes me wonder how come Max responded so quickly but Natalie and John did not I guess that's the difference between great service and one's that don't really care. More
