We have one issue with A/C system that popped up right after we bought the veihicle and that is being fixed. Again. We were treated no different than a person who would be purchasing a six figure BMW or so it felt. More

Max, in my opinion, has the perfect balance of intellect and charm. He really went "hard in the paint" from beginning to end, and I think we can all appreciate a good, hard work ethic. He even made sure my concerns post sale were ironed out smoothly and with aplomb. I had a great chat with the finance person as well. Max reviewed he inventory of cars for the options and price I was looking for and we essentially finalized terms before I got to the dealership. When I arrived Max had two models available for a test drive and helped me to decide on the GT based on the hatchback. After bringing home my car, I had issues with the iDrive system. I called Max and he was very helpful bringing a loaner to my house that night and then bringing my car back a few days later once it was ready. Max is a great sales professional who provides excellent customer service and effectively managed my sales and service experience. I will recommend him to friends looking for a car and will return when my lease is up. More

Couldn't be happier! Buying a car is generally, to put it lightly, a stressful experience. Fortunately that was the opposite of my experience at BMW of Silver Spring. My man Max Moyer made the process not just easy, but FUN as well. Every salesman is personable, but Max is that and then some - his knowledge of the financial side of buying/leasing was really impressive, and it helped me get to a point where i was comfortable financially with the commitment i was making to BMW. All in all, he made a normally stressful experience fun, easy, and informative. I look forward to having a go to dealer for the rest of my car driving days!! More

Max Moyer and the staff at BMW of Silver Spring were able to bring in a vehic My wife and I were looking for a CPO vehicle to replace a lease turn-in. Max Moyer and the staff at BMW of Silver Spring were able to bring in a vehicle from another dealer and sell it to us for a great price. The finance person, Andrew, was able to get me a loan rate that was better than what I could get through my Credit Union. We were in-and out in about two hours from start to finish.
