Max understood my intentions My car buying experience with Max Moyer was wonderful. I was shopping to replace my 2012 528i it was a want not a need. Max understood my intentions and did not pressure me. I sent him my list of must haves on the vehicle and informed him that if we could not find what I was looking for I would keep my '12 528i. Max not only found all the things I was looking for in a replacement vehicle, but he found the interior and exterior color combination that was want on my list. Max worked with me through 38 emails and over a dozen phone calls with no pressure. He kept me informed about delivery status and I was able to track the vehicle from plant to dealership. This was the third BMW we bought from BMW of Silver Springs and the level of professionalism and customer care was phenomenal. Thank you Max. I also must give a tremendous thank you to Andrew Lippincott. Andrew has work on all our financing paperwork. He takes the time to understand what you need for additional coverage and does not try to up-sale unnecessary services. I was able to contact Andrew prior to picking up my vehicle to discuss what I needed for coverage and the payment area I was looking to be in, he provided estimates with various coverage options which assisted in my buying decision and budgeting. You get badgered, if they don't have what you want they will somehow try to shoehorn you into something they do have on the lot. I'm sure just reading this makes you queasy. While browsing online I found something that fit most of my criteria, and came to visit Max. We drove, it and while at first I thought I was OK with the colors, in the end I had to turn him down. This is where the experience takes a turn and why I will always come back and send my friends. He said that was fine and that he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They didn't have what met my needs. Two weeks later he sent my something that fit what I wanted and more. If you are in the market, get to BMW of Silverspring and ask for Max. More

We got back to the dealership, went over all options, and I was allowed to make my decision in an easy, comfortable environment. Chap Banda was my BMW "Genius" and showed me all the features in the car and was very patient and polite and knowledgeable. Andrew Lippincott guided me through the paperwork and had me out of there very quickly and painlessly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely buy another vehicle here, something I usually dread...Keep up the great work and thanks again! More
