Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I just finished the best car buying experience. Ever! I won't get into all the negative details of my previous BMW experience, but I will say that it I just finished the best car buying experience. Ever! I won't get into all the negative details of my previous BMW experience, but I will say that it got escalated to BMW corporate, and they were the ones who recommended BMW of Silver Spring to help me find my new car. I was so fortunate to be connected with Max Moyer. To say he (and his sales style) were a breath of fresh air doesn't do justice to breaths of fresh air. The minute I walked into the dealership, Max was at the door waiting to greet me at our scheduled meeting time. He knew I was initially interested in a few different models, and to my amazement, he had all the cars pulled out front and lined up for me to look at so that we could narrow down choices. It took a few hours for me to find the car I wanted, and in addition to his amazing patience, Max never once applied the pressure I have felt at traditional dealerships. Over the next few days we negotiated via email (yes, I said email) and when he offered to drive the car to my office so that I could have one more look at the car I was most interested in, I knew then and there I would be buying the car AND I would be buying it from Max. We did so many things via email and scans that when I walked in last night to finalize and take home the car, EVERYTHING was ready for me. Even the often dreaded visit to the finance person to complete that paperwork was an absolute joy. Bottom line: Max Moyer is the face of the way car buying/leasing should be and will be in the future. If you are even remotely interested in a BMW in the DC area, please take a moment to find Max and the great team at BMW of Silver Spring. More
