I scheduled the appointment from a promotional email that said I would get a 15% discount if I did the servicing before 31st July (which I did). No discount was applied to my final total. I was a bit disappointed as it looked like it was just a advertisement to get me into the service center. More

Dave was awesome he was very polite and told me exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me a loaner immediately because he didn't think it was safe for me to drive my car with a transmission fluid leak what was wrong with my car and gave me a loaner immediately because he didn't think it was safe for me to drive my car with a transmission fluid leak. I love how they give me a video inspection of my car and gave a very detailed explanation of my car. Their customer lounge is beautiful and very well kept. I recommend anyone to LaFontaine. More

Worse customer service from a sales( Nicole Blaze)/financial manager(Nick Leporowski). They will waste your time and lead you down a rabbit hole. If your lucky they will call you back. I had to call the front desk every time I need an update on what’s going on. They will “sell” you a car that has already sold just to get you into the dealerships. They are dishonest and are scammers. They will quote you good monthly payment and then go against there word. Be smart and a stay away from this dealership! More
