They also said I needed to provide a credit card when my salesman went to talk to the manager and then tried to hold it hostage when I refused to participate in their excess fees. I caught the manager in multiple "untruths" when he came to "close" the deal. The truck was missing a tow hitch (which was listed on the original window sticker) and they agreed to install one at a later date if I signed that day. They did honor that promise, but I didn't appreciate the games played during the buying process. More
