Here, I called to make sure the uniquie car I as looking at online (Porsche Cayenne Hybrid), was available, as it was 100 miles away. I was assured it was available to test drive. When we got there were were told “it was being wholesaled out” and was unavailable. The. Were were told it was “inoperable”. We we insisted on at least seeing it, we were shown a car the was completely dead, had a new large gouge in the side, and very deeply rusted brake rotors. This car hadn’t moved in months. The hood latch was broken, and it was filthy inside, as well as partially disassembled. This was was $100,000 car 4 years ago, and nice enough to be Porsche Certified Preowned 4 months ago. They killed it, and then kept it around as a low price online bait to bring people in. When it became clear that we weren’t there into buy anything lease, they had the hutzpah to offer “a good deal” on this sad derelict Porsche! STAY AWAY. More

Fantastic and "transparent" experience with Dario and the entire staff at Old Orchard Nissan (OON) with the purchase of my new 2024 Sentra! This is our 4th Nissan, but our first purchased from Dario and OON entire staff at Old Orchard Nissan (OON) with the purchase of my new 2024 Sentra! Horrible experience purchasing a car from them. They tried to add on $6,000 of add-ons to the purchase price of a used car. $3000 was a "Delivery/Prep Fee" and another $3000 was "Accessories". They are not truthful to their car prices listed and try to get you when you come in to purchase a car. They sold me a Porsche Cayenne with a peeling dash. No mention of it in the add, when i asked before driving 3 hours to purchase the car if anything was wrong with the car, they said nothing wrong with the car, come over. I would stay away from this dealership. Jessica & Julia are their call center folks, do not give them your number or they will harass you after hours as well. They also lied to me about the tax title and registration. Be sure to go to another dealership! Avoid these guys like the plague! More
