They were all incredibly patient with answering questions over the week that we communicated with them. Max was especially helpful in explaining all of the lease options, the car, providing a very clear quote, and ensuring that numbers would not change once we walked in the door. This was very comforting as we had to drive 90 minutes to your location and did not want to feel ambushed as we have at other dealerships. Like your motto states, there was "No Bull". We came to Wilsonville Toyota just to gauge the value of our trade-in. We were met at the door by Max, who brought us in and got an appraiser working on our car. He explained the “no bull” philosophy at Wilsonville Toyota: that the lowest price is already posted on the car, that they give you their best valuation on trade-ins, there is no haggling, and that he would be making a flat commission whether he sold us a $3,000 car or a $30,000 car. We test drove a RAV4 which was nice, but wasn’t exactly for us. Max was able to find a car off of the front lot that matched all of our needs and fit within our budget. The entire process was fast with open and honest communication from Max. We ended up with a nicer car than we expected. The entire experience was as easy as buying a car has ever been.
