While the contract said "pending bank approval" I find it hard to believe that no one, NO ONE suspected that this might be an issue 12 hours before...or emphasized it COULD be an issue.'' the monthly payments the night before were 300 hundred less than was quoted while they were supposedly preparing my new car. when I showed my displeasure, suddenly it went down another 100, I took the car. but felt I was played. More

Scam. Went in to see and test drive a 2011 Hyundai Tucson listed at $9641. Emailed asking if they would take $9100. Drove it, liked it, and sat down to talk Went in to see and test drive a 2011 Hyundai Tucson listed at $9641. Emailed asking if they would take $9100. Drove it, liked it, and sat down to talk. Salesman came back with $13,400 as an out-the-door price! Trying to charge $1600 for detailing, $900 processing, and on and on. They said the new tires and brakes that were included in the advertising (cars.com) were additional! I expected to pay taxes and tags, but an additional $4000+ on a $9000 car is comical and criminal! When we walked away he came down about $2500, but still was $2k over the agreed price. Scam. More

Unhappy Customer I have leased all 3 of my cars from Hyundai however my first 2 experiences were very pleasant because the young lady attending me both times sat with I have leased all 3 of my cars from Hyundai however my first 2 experiences were very pleasant because the young lady attending me both times sat with me and gave me her undivided time and attention and explained all the details and tried her best to give me a good deal which was to my satisfactory. However, this time around was my first time dealing with Hyundai in White Plains my appointment was for 12:30 and did not leave there until 6:30pm. I was so upset because the salesperson that was dealing with me never sat down with me to give me his undivided attention because the issue was he was trying to deal with 3 customers at the same time. I was upset because the individuals that came in after me ~ left before me. All the above questions you asked regarding the best possible deal for me. Took me to the lot with another couple and spent more time with them then with me. Most of my day there was spent waiting around I was so upset. Unfortunately, I had my 17 year old son with me who was ready to explode because he saw how the salesperson was running around trying to handle 3 familes problem was he left me for the very last. He said my car was suppose to get Detailed which never happened because it was so late. I must say this was the most irritiating experience I have ever had. I FEEL WITH MY CREDIT SCORE OF 750 I probably couldn't have received a better deal than what I currently have. But it is my fault for not leaving and waiting around all that time again my apt. was for 12:30 and left there a little after 6:30. Had the salesperson sat down with me and concentrate on one deal at a time I probably would have been done in 3 hours tops like my 2 previous experiences. I know he was probably trying to hustle and I don't know if that's the way he was ordered to do business but it not the way to handle a loyal customer I don't know what you will do with this information but I would appreciate a call 917-405-4879 More
