Overpriced, unable to decrease until I provided quote from another shop. Slow. They are communicative about issues and send videos of what they find. 2 things: I have white seats and they don’t use seat covers, so I have to ask them to clean my seats and doors. I also have to ask them to wash my car. I was told my car would be ready in about an hour. Dropped off my car at 9:15am. Around 2:00pm I called because I had not heard anything. Told part not available until the next day. I texted around 1:30pm. Did not hear back for over an hour. My car was done at 5:30pm. Bottom line: no one contacted me or let me know what to expect. Very poor communication. More
