As always the service staff at Russ Darrow Mazda was excellent. Got me in and out in just over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation, despite only having one lift available and two cars ahead of m excellent. Service department is great no issues. The sales manger and the sales people are the most unreliable and unprofessional people I have ever met. I tried to get an issue resolved and potent The sales manger and the sales people are the most unreliable and unprofessional people I have ever met. I tried to get an issue resolved and potentially trade in for a new car. It took a whole month the get someone to finally respond. To make things worse when I showed up for my appointment with the manger he was not there and no one knew anything. I wasted a whole month waiting for the manger. We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the past. We would have one more. After this I will never come back and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional and untrustworthy the dealership is. More

When I arrived at Russ Darrow Mazda, it was very busy. I was helped right away. I had 3 recalls and an oil change that needed to be performed on my car. I received notification of the completion of my I was helped right away. I had 3 recalls and an oil change that needed to be performed on my car. I received notification of the completion of my oil change within the hour. I then texted and asked if my car was ready for pick up and did not receive a response. I called an hour later and was told it would be another hour or hour and half to fix the recalls. I then did not hear anything for hours. I called again at 5:30 because I knew the shop would be closing. I asked if the car was ready and was told it was and I had been texted and called. When I said I received no notification it was checked on and the message was never sent. I dropped my car off at 9:45 and didn’t get it back until 6:00. Both times I received an update on progress were because I called the dealer. They did not contact me except for the completion of the oil change. I have gotten all my prior work done at Russ Darrow and have not had these issues. More
