Very good down to earth fair negotiating May was very clear and knew the car better then the other dealer I was talking to. Her Managers worked the price out fair and down to earth. He also made sure we got a really good trade in value for our old car, which made the buying process that much easier. CJ was the best finance person I've ever worked with. He was quick and knowledgable. And he gave us some great advice about our insurance. May walked us through all the features of our new vehicle after we bought it. She was extremely helpful. Overall, I love my new Outback and I loved my experience at Heritage! More

The BEST & ONLY place to buy your new Subaru! I wasn't planning to buy any cars this year, but I have now bought 2 new Foresters in the last 5 months. The reason? This dealership and its personnel I wasn't planning to buy any cars this year, but I have now bought 2 new Foresters in the last 5 months. The reason? This dealership and its personnel. They make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door. There is never any pressure whatsoever. May Farris is absolutely wonderful to deal with - from her warm, sweet personality to her extensive knowledge of the vehicles. She won't let you go home until she's sure you're 100% comfortable with the operation and features of your new car. She invites you to call or come back anytime with additional questions or just basic training. She even set my phone up in another car I hadn't even bought there! Sales manager Kevin Engle runs the showroom operations like a fine Swiss watch. All questions are answered and calls are returned in a timely fashion. All paperwork and financing is handled quickly and efficiently. By the time we sat down with Gabe in finance, all that was needed were signatures and a little bit of money! I would recommend to anyone to come to Heritage Subaru in Catonsville to buy your new Subaru - you'll love the people, the pricing, the dealership, and especially the car!!! More
