We purchased the last two (a 2013 Impreza and a 2017 Forester) from May Farris, and she has been helpful, cooperative, and low pressure (her highest pressure pitch was "tell me what you'd like to pay for the car you want and I'll see if I can get it for you"). We didn't need a car with all the features we purchased, but May and her Manager Kevin Engle were able to bring the price down, so the price was good for the model equipped the way we wanted, but great for the model they had on the lot with more features. More
