I had a horrible experience with my lasted purchase. I was offered a horrible trade in values for a brand new 2022 Kia I purchased last year. The dealer tried to sale me a brand new car at a $20 grand m I was offered a horrible trade in values for a brand new 2022 Kia I purchased last year. The dealer tried to sale me a brand new car at a $20 grand mark up. Even though I was quoted a Lowe price and it was advertised for less on their own website. Kia’s integrity is questionable at this point. Even a survey by JD powers states “customers haven’t been enjoying the Kia dealer experience, which is kind of essential to selling cars. Those interactions and impressions have landed the Korean automaker dead last in customer satisfaction across all mass-market brands.” This is my 3rd Kia I have brought since 2018 and this experience took the cake. It’s time for me to explore other brands. It has to be something better out there than a dealership that hustles and mislead their customers. More
