The gave me dummy keys after I spent 1600 dollars getting my ignition fixed. When they were supposed to replace the keys, they instead ghosted me. Didn’t return any of my calls or emails. I brought it my car for a diagnostic test on the engine because it was shaking and has a recall on it. They never looked at my engine, but found "other" issues with it. Very unorganized and inefficient dealership. Had my recall appointment booked weeks in advance, and when I got there they didn’t have the piece needed to fix my car. Almost zero communication. The three 3 word pieces of communication came by text, they wouldn't call me even when I asked twice. I asked for a car wash before the car would be returned and not only did they not honor the request, I got the car back dirtier than when it was sent in, and with shards of broken car window glass in between the seats of my 2 month old car that has never been in an accident and never been near any broken glass. I will go ANYWHERE but here the next time I need work done. I think Carson has a Kia service center, it can't be any worse than the DTLA one. Go to DTLA Kia Service Center at your own peril. More

Online price is not the real price as advertised when you get there. I even looked specifically for dealer add ons and looked at the window sticker online as well. They then say they can’t remove the dealer add ons. 500 dollars for wheel locks when they cost 50-100 bucks online from Kia. They make you buy Lo-Jack when you don’t want it. More
