Almost zero communication. The three 3 word pieces of communication came by text, they wouldn't call me even when I asked twice. I asked for a car wash before the car would be returned and not only did they not honor the request, I got the car back dirtier than when it was sent in, and with shards of broken car window glass in between the seats of my 2 month old car that has never been in an accident and never been near any broken glass. I will go ANYWHERE but here the next time I need work done. I think Carson has a Kia service center, it can't be any worse than the DTLA one. Go to DTLA Kia Service Center at your own peril. More

Online price is not the real price as advertised when you get there. I even looked specifically for dealer add ons and looked at the window sticker online as well.
